# Setting targets

Click the cog icon (if available) on the component for which you wish to set a target. Set the unit (Business Day), number of units per week (business days your shop is open) and the value of the target. Then click OK.

# Reading targets

The app calculates performance against your daily target across the date range and displays the result in the top left corner of the component. The icon is red if the resulting calculation is negative, it is green if the resulting calculation is positive. Hovering over the icon will reveal the amount above or below the target, as a percentage.
